We recently closed on a lot in Playa Encanto. Gerry was our real estate agent. We could not have been more satisfied with his service. He was able to get us a fair price for a highly sought after lot. The lot needed to be re-titled. Those of you that have dealt with this process know how difficult and time consuming the process can be. However, with Gerry's help, constant communication, and experience we were able to close. Could not have been happier with his service. In fact, if not for him we most likely would have withdrawn from the contract. We trust him and he is in the process of now selling our Condo.

This is an unsolicited letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Gerry Stobbs. Gerry worked hard to find my family a beautiful beachfront Rocky Point home. He spent long days showing us numerous properties, so we would have a good understanding of the local real estate market. This was our first purchase of a Mexican property and he provided us the tips and information we needed. He kept us well informed during the negotiations and the due diligence period all the way through closing.
